How it works

If you meet the participation requirements below during your three-month coaching cycle, you can choose:

  • A refund equal to the price of Back Pocket Standard, or

  • A project credit of the same value (usable for up to three months)

This is about commitment, not pressure. Leaders who show up consistently see the biggest transformations — this just increases the likelihood of that outcome.

Who's eligible

You're eligible if:

  • You're a first-time Back Pocket participant

  • You're enrolled in any Back Pocket tier

  • You accept the participation requirements at the start of your cycle

How to earn your money back

These are simple habits that make the Back Pocket meaningful — nothing extra, nothing overwhelming.

Submit your agenda worksheet at least 24 hours before each session. This helps us make your call productive and actionable.

Attend all three coaching sessions without rescheduling. Emergencies are always respected: medical, immediate family, or disaster-related. (Workload, travel, or general conflicts don't qualify)

Refer two peer leaders. Just introduce two colleges who hold similar roles to yours with a quick intro email. Each referral must be from a different organization but they don't need to become clients in order to tick this box.

Leave a Google Review & send a quick video recap at the end of the cycle. Just 1 - 2 minutes reflecting on your experience, submitted within 24 hours of your final recap. You can request edits and we'll always make sure you're comfortable with how it's used.
